We work hard to ensure that every order we send you arrives with all necessary products to fully assemble your product.
If you have received your order and there is something missing in the order, please see if you can locate a packing slip to see if the other item(s) on your order were put on backorder. If so, you should have been emailed a backorder notification that provided you an estimated time of delivery. In some cases, orders that contain multiple items will be shipped from multiple warehouses, but rest assured that you will be receiving your other item shortly. If you order contains a packing slip and displays that the item that you were missing was shipped and you do not have the item, please proceed in filling out the form below.
If you have received notification of shipment notification, please track the progress of your shipment before filling out this form. If the order is still in transit, please allow some time for the item to deliver. If it has been more than 7 business days and the status of the shipment has not updated, please fill out the form below.
In some cases the tracking information will display "Delivered", but if you are unable to locate your package, please be sure to do the following.
Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not at home during a delivery attempt. In your absence, the delivery carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, but out of plain view. Look for your order in out-of-the-way places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes. If your order was shipped by the Post Office, and you were not at home or available, see if they are holding the package for you.
