A defective part can be exchanged for a new one within 90 days of the original delivery. This excludes unnatural "wear and tear" and physical damage. A defective part cannot be returned for a refund, exchange only. Due to manufacturer's requirements we must have the model and serial number off of your appliance to complete the exchange process, without this information, an exchange for the defective part cannot be made.
